Original Comment I have a online order on June 22nd I called and asked them to prepare it at 1:00 instead of 12:00 noon my food was cold my chicken was soggy like bread I called back and spoke with a young lady she put me on the phone with the manager Brandon Richardson Fall Creek location in humble he was very rude and talked very aggressive with his tongue he needs another job he is not in the right field for customer service my food was horrible he even went on to say they made it twice that's not true because when I called the store wasn't even open Chili's you suck this time and I love used to love eating at this place you just lost a very very faithful customer thanks to your poor management at Fall Creek location
