To whom it may concern<br /> <br /> My name is Alberto Roman and I recently reserved a vehicle at your site located at Luis Munoz Marin Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico. My flight was changed last minute so I contacted the store to let them know of the changes and the rep I spoke to told me he couldn't accommodate me in no way possible. He suggested I cancel the reservation and never apologized for the inconvenience. I would like to continue business with your company and if there is a way to provide a vehicle for me while I'm at that destination please contact me asap. Thank you
