Original Comment Had an absolutely fantastic experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Orange Beach on Canal Road. Rick was absolutely fantastic-he is the manager-but didn't hesitate to jump in and replace the battery in my car himself. He was very informative about my battery options. He is definitely a team player as well as leader. There was another part where needed that they didn't have and told me we're to go to get it. True outstanding customer service and caring about the customer! Definitely won't go anywhere else for parts!
