Original Comment I am extremely disappointed! My husband accidentally locked his keys out of his car so we called triple A at 12:30pm. I had to leave work because they wouldn't help him unless I was present. Its now after 5:55pm and no one has showed up. Our car is still running, I lost 6 hours of pay, lost 6 hours worth of gas, and Im going to be forced to miss my class! I get businesses get busy but this is beyond ridiculous. This experience has me questioning if triple A is worth having for the amount of money I pay every month. Something needs to be done!
