I call for service at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday 7:14-21. I was advised that my tow truck had a tentative arrival time at 10:30 p.m.; that's three and a half hours wait time. My wife and my three-year-old granddaughter are stranded in the dark on a side road and need a tow. Spoke to a supervisor who did not care and said that's not even a guaranteed time. Advise the supervisor that there is nowhere to tow it to a service place because they're all closed at that time of night, so can we schedule it for 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. After a long wait of about 45 minutes to an hour on the telephone back and forth they stated to me they would have a tow truck at my car at 8:00 a.m. . Today Thursday 7/15/21 at 8:00 a.m. I was at my car and there was no tow truck. I called back into triple A and they advised me that the tow truck would be there tentatively 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. but not sure they'll send you a link when they're going to get there. I advised in this was totally unacceptable since they gave me a three and a half hour wait the night before and they had 12 hours to set up this appointment the supervisor was supposed to do and promised to do for 8:00 a.m. and did not do it, and I'm not waiting again because a supervisor didn't do their job. I want a refund of my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused to get on the phone with me but the rep told me he said if you are in a hurry call your own tow truck and you pay for it. That is a wonderful customer service answer and a great representative of his company. I then ask for a refund to my money they said they don't normally give refunds but in this case they will, but it will take 7 days for it. I asked the supervisor Terry to send me an email with confirmation of me getting a refund and she said she wouldn't do it and she's going to turn over to billing and she really doesn't care. This company has become horrible because Palm Beach county Florida is one of the largest counties in all of Florida and it takes 3 and 1/2 hours to rescue a grandmother and a three-year-old granddaughter on the side of the road when it's dark! Are you really serious! Why would I continue to use this company and they're disrespect and the supervisors smart answers to me total disrespect for customer service and the customer.
