Original Comment Starr, the manager at the pizza place is one of the rudest people I ever have met. I've been coming to this pizza place for a very long time. I timed my order so I didn't have to wait. When I arrived and paid for the pizza, they didn't didn't make it yet. I asked to be compensated and they said their printer was down. I understand but with kids with me and Covid-19, I didn't want to wait around for so long. When I asked for compensation she snapped and said if I was nice she would do something. At that moment my daughter tried taking off her mask and I told her to keep it on because we don't know these people or where they have been. Starr flipped out and was rude to me and my daughter then yelled that I could leave if I was concerned about where they have been. I wanted to but still needed my pizza I paid for. After waiting another 15 minutes for the pizza to be made she told me she canceled it and was going to refund my money. I have worked in customer service for 2y years and I have NEVER treated a customer like that before. I doubt you will even do anything but thought you should know.
