Placed A tow at 10:10am today was told 60 to 90 min at 3:30 pm my car still wasn't here .. they said the 1st service provider said it was traffic after they accepted the call so they were not confirmed so I said why wasn't I notified... nor why wasn't another tow service provider sent out at 10:30am when they told y'all that ... AAA couldn't give me a reason why so here we are at 3:30pm with a new service provider same thing 60 to 90 min ... I said ok ... 5:30pm still no show so I called back now here we are 7 hours later and still no tow truck ... the shop. Close at 6pm and now I gotta reschedule for tomorrow at 8am... the whole day wasted AAA DONT CARE about they costumers/ Members as if I don't have a job to go to in the morning that's why I took off today no consideration 7 hours later and still waiting on a tow truck... IF YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP WITH AAA CANCEL IT ASAP or you will be stranded stuck trying to figure it out yourself How does a company take your money upfront and then toss you around to third-party service providers to figure out how to come get you when you're in need of a tow ... unacceptable and very unprofessional how they treat the members/customers ... I will be contacting my lawyers if this continues and my vehicle is not picked up .. Members for AAA Pay for a service upfront only to be railroaded and tossed around to whoever feels free to come to your car Unacceptable if any members/customers are reading this Find your own tow service provider it's way faster might cost more but worth the hassle and the wait... COME ON AAA 7 HOURS + and still waiting on a tow that you got paid for prior to me being a AAA member .. how does that work ?
