Original Comment I checked in to the Douglasville,Ga Days Inn on Thursday Sep 15 2021. The trip has been business related. The company I work with is Spar inc. I have already made a complaint with the company I work for about the accommodations. At check in we were ask to pay a pet deposit. Which we did with no problems. Half way through my business trip. I come back to my room which I was locked out of. We go to the office thinking it was the key. At which time we are told pay them 100 dollars right then or we would not be allowed back in our room. A room which was paid for at check in by the company. Because of a pet deposit which was paid.<br /> I paid another deposit to be allowed back in to my room.<br /> The front desk employee is very rude to both me and my partner with other guest in the office. Does not return my change. The hotel housekeeping staff let's themselves in to rooms that are clearly marked do not disturb.The rooms have bugs as well. I have never been treated so poorly or out right robbed by hotel that I paid to stay in. I dont mind paying a deposit for my pet. What I mind is being treated as though I lied an was hiding her. I walked her daily around the hotel. Checked in with her. And told staff she was here.
