Wow! Silly me for not looking at these comments/complaints ahead of buying my couch and chair. I can mimic everyone's complaints and then some. Don't know if I'd get cut off giving you my blow by blow experience so I'll cut it short and cut to the chase.... DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company!!!!! <br /> They DO NOT stand behind their items or word. Sorry that we all got crapped on by this lousy company.
