To start off we used to love Ashley's furniture. We always buy things from here and love how well we are treated when we walk in the store. Today's experience changed my mood completely. I ordered an oversized ottoman to match my couches (which I bought from there ) and was supposed to get it delivered today. We are good at being here in the window time so we planned to get married at 11:30 today and window time was 12:30 to 4 something so we were on our way out at 11 when we get a text that the furniture will be here in 15 min. So we wait once it hit 11:25 we had to reschedule the appointment due to it not being the 15 min they said it would be which was perfectly fine as long as we get it. So at this point an hour passes and we have called the delivery driver over and over to see where there at but no answer. So at this point I call the dispatch department they tell me they will be here at 12:15 so we say ok cool we can make it to the apt in time if they get here at 12:15. We'll at 12:30 we have to reschedule again and I get upset. I call dispatch again at 12:40 and they say oh the drivers told us you canceled the drop off so I said excuse me we have been calling them , calling the dispatch and everyone keeps giving times and I canceled ?? I was so confused because no one kept in communication with us and they tell me oh they said they will be there at 12:48 I tell the guy I talked to no sir that last lady I talked to told me the same thing over 40 min ago I can't keep waiting. So he puts me on hold and says basically there isn't much he can do that the people will be here but what was crazy was me and the guy stayed on the phone till 1 and the people still weren't here. At this point I ask to speak to a manager. It took about 15 min to get to speak to one which was ok just wanted to let them know what was going on. While waiting for the manager the 2 guys come deliver the furniture they don't even knock we just hear the truck and open the door and there just standing there they walk in with an attitude don't say a work to us throw the furniture in the entrance and leave. At this point I'm furious I work in customer service and the fact that you had no apologies or nothing to say but roll your eyes said a lot. So I stay on the phone and wait for the supervisor. I explain the situation to the him and he doesn't say nothing but oh well they still came within the window time . I said sir are you listening to what I said we get a message at 11 that wasn't in the window and we waited 2 hours for the marriage he said oh it's miscommunication guy doesn't say sorry doesn't seem like he cared he made every excuse that we were wrong. I couldn't believe it. The guy that helped us before the supervisor gave better service than the BOSS. The supervisor brushed it off and didn't care to see where we were coming from. Sadly I won't be back to Ashley's furniture. Not wanting to deal with this service especially when my house is full of your furniture.
