Original Comment My services was supposed to be cancelled on 01262022. I see that my services is still connected and Im still be charged for services. Which is ridiculous at this point I have been calling to confirm services were disconnected and I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and passed around to so many different departments. I am so frustrated and feed up with dealing with this situation. Seems to me that it just a scam to get customers to pay more money after services are disconnected since its so difficult to speak to an actual person. Disconnect my services and send my final bill from 01262022.
