Original Comment It's is very upsetting to pay for a service and can't get the help! On behave of Mr. Mercer I'm filing this complaint! This man is a Veteran and works for the court house. He call for AAA ( which he is a member) yesterday to have his vehicle towed and is being giving the the around. I'm very upset and embarrassed I recommend him to AAA for him to received the service he getting now which is unprofessional . WE are in Florida . It's been since 6pm today he's been trying to get his car towed. If you all didn't have the drivers then you should have reached out to other towing companies you with. I will not recommend AAA to non of my friends and family ever again for them to be treated like a nobody! This is observe!!
