Original Comment AAA sold me a battery that was dead. I called on January 3 2022. They sent someone out 2 hours later. The young man put the battery in . It still would not start. He then looked and said it was the relay switch for the starter. He showed me how to put it in. I bought the part put it on. It was simple you just plug it in. It still would not start. I called AAA back they towed it in for me. I had it go to CJ's in Aiken S C. It charged the AAA battery for 5 hours . It would take a charge. He put me another battery in and it tuns perfect now! I sent all the necessary paperwork in. I mailed it February 2 2022. I sent it certified mail. Since then I have called about 6 times and keep getting the run around! I am very disappointed in AAA. I am on a fixed income and that battery cost me $160.00! Plus I had to buy another battery! I still have the dead AAA battery!
