Terrible terrible terrible customer . You're on hold for how long and you're always getting just a customer service could never get to a corporate person. Amgen just keeps giving you the runaround. Doctors office sent a <br /> Year prescription and they're trying to tell me they don't have it that his prescription was for only three months and there's no refills I have the fax confirmation page the doctor gave me so apparently who is doing the paperwork. Never had a problem when it was or Tesla with CVS specialty pharmacy now this company sucks with a big capital S
