On May 12, 2022, I had an appointment at the 121 Court St location in Brooklyn, NY. My order was for two pair of glasses (general use and reading) totaling $587.92. I was told a text would be sent once they were ready. On May 14, I received a text that my glasses were ready but when I went to pick them up, I was told my reading glasses were not ready and it takes at least two weeks. Fast forward to today, May 27, 2022 and upon calling I was put on hold twice and hung up on twice and still have no idea when my reading glasses will be ready.
