I have been with Lifelock since the beginning of time. Love the company. Told everyone it was a must have. Since bought out by Norton I am grossly unhappy. Like all companies, Norton has been revamping the company. All I can say is when you have a winning recipe, don't mess with it. Currently, will be looking into other security systems &amp; definitely will not be singing the praises of Lifelock.<br /> <br /> Some particulars, I can only talk to agents outside of US. I don't have a problem with that, except, something always gets lost in translation. When you are calling for specific problems, that are not simple in nature, you need someone on the phone that can understand you. It's called comprehension. Lifelock lost that when they outsourced Customer Care to Manilla.<br /> <br /> What a disappointment!!!
