Original Comment I would like to request help with service request I opened to address my washer. I opened Service Request early June and was assigned a contractor that took really long to come out. I was then assigned another contractor All Valley Appliance who said our circuit / electrical outlet was overload. We disputed this as we have had the condo for 20 years and we are part of condo unit that have same build. They then assigned another contractor TOTAL APPLIANCE REPAIR - who said in person the control board is broken and needs to be repaired due to normal wear and tear. However, AHS told us that the unit is broken due to overload usage. We tried to explain but got no where and the call center in Philippines simply said claim was denied. I am really disappointed and have filed complaint with BBB about this.<br /> I have been a customer for over 20 years and previously had two units warranty. Now i am left with one but looks like will discontinue this contract too if i can't get help. <br /> <br /> You spend a lot of time trying to get a customer back but when customer is still with you the service is really bad. Today, a month later, my washer is still not fixed. Requesting help to resolve issue.<br /> <br /> Thanks.
