Recently we purchased a whirlpool washer from Best Buy. <br /> Washer stops working and there is an error code. Tech comes out fixes the issue. <br /> A couple weeks later washer breaks again. Tech comes out says previous tech didn't tighten the holder. <br /> Not even two weeks later we are in the same situation washer stops working. The system locks lid with clothes inside can't get them out sitting in water. <br /> Three times this whirlpool washer has stopped working. I'm not sure about all you who work for whirlpool that tell us we have to wait three weeks for someone to come out and fix the issue. But we need clean clothes <br /> We need to wash clothes, we have kids that need clean clothes and we have jobs that we need to wear clean clothes for. <br /> Best Buy said they can't help us we have to go to the manufacturer, <br /> Whirlpool says the can only send a tech. <br /> What is the would is coming to. Customer service doesn't matter, backing your product means nothing, and corporate office only sells subpar products and they really don't care. <br /> I will absolutely not purchase another whirlpool product.
