Original Comment I understand supply chain shortages and allow for circumstances that are beyond control, however, the fact that one of the main staples of a Bojangles franchise is chicken it would stand to reason that you should stock chicken so that you have something to sell. Most supply chain problems have been ironed out at this point if you are not talking about silicon chip-based products. <br /> <br /> However, tonight makes the 2nd time I have been through the drive-through at the Main Street location in High Point and was told no chicken was available. The first time was in early September and I was told there was no chicken, none - nothing to sell. The 2nd time was this evening when I was attempting to order a 12-piece family meal deal. They took the order at the drive-thru but when I pulled up to the window I was told that they had no legs. OK, odd.. but OK. I asked if I could get a couple of breasts instead of legs and was then told that there were no breasts either. At that point, I just drive away and will not be going back to that location.<br /> <br /> If I were in charge of such things I would be seriously concerned that there are at least 2 nights in as many months when the store is open and paying for a full staff yet selling nothing. Employee shortage did not appear to be the problem either evening as the kitchen had at least 6-8 people on staff. They simply had no product to sell. Not the way a business you know... stays in business.<br /> <br /> Also, I happened to notice that the Chik-fil-a right across the street was packed with a double line going through their drive-thru and wrapped all the way around the building. So, apparently, this chicken shortage is EXTREMELY localized. Like within 20 yards of your store. Just to make sure that they did indeed have chicken I went there to eat. Success.
