Original Comment whom this may concern,<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I made an online purchase for a pair of boots that I never received. I have contacted famous footwear customer service several times and currently this matter is not being resolved. I was told that because I had a missing item in the past that I could not make a claim against the product that I currently ordered. As a customer and a value customer I have never experienced the horrible customer service that I have experienced with your company. I have done all the research on my own with fedex the delivery of this product and cannot get anyone to help me with refunding me for the purchase I never received. This is not my fault that the item was lost stolen. I would greatly appreciate someone assisting me and getting me a full refund for the boots that I never received.
