My wife and I have called for three days trying to get her phone service back. Her phone has not been able to make calls or receive calls since Tuesday January 2, 2023. It's is now January 5 at 9:37 pm and still no service. Talked to several people and no one can help. Each time we get someone they go through their routine and they say and do the same things. They say they don't have a history of our problem which inexcusable. 3 days without calling and receiving service is not good customer service. One tech said it was because of an influx of new customers from other networks signing on. System wasn't able to take the load. That's crazy! So who can help us At tracfone? We've spent several hours on the phone and online without success. Help! If there is a problem with the networks than inform your customers of it. Waiting for 254 people in front of you is to long online. Leave a message and no one getting back is not good either. So what do we do. Go to another cell phone provider! We've been good customers for years. Thank you, frustrated customer
