Original Comment I have been trying to contact HOOVER for 4 weeks. All I get is the recording that the call is important, but they're helping other callers I have yet to get an agent, even after holding on for over an hour one day. I have left my phone number numerous times, and even got a ticket number once ,but still haven't heard from anyone. It's POOR Customer Service and I'm sure Mr. Frias would not be happy to hear about this. I'm annoyed this product passed Quality Control and disgusted by the sorry customer service. I guess agents are home in their pajamas, sleeping and getting paid for it
