Original Comment We joined a waitlist for your Lakewood colorado location online. Got to the restaurant at our waitlist time and was told that red lobster does not have a waitlist online which you in fact do and that we could wait another hour to be seated if we wanted. Very poor customer service! If your restaurants do not honor your waitlist there should not be one online at all!
