Original Comment Popeyes located at<br /> 140 Blowing Rock Blvd, Lenoir, NC 28645<br /> Approximately 1pm staff on Sunday February 26th 2023<br /> Not only was very rude as acting blind to the fact they have customers standing in line (speaking for myself &amp; family) no communication skills what so ever handling my food with checking phone in between<br /> Did not have my (online order ) which we had to wait 35min for them to began and when asked how long would this take (they shrugged and said she don't know ) not only just herself but the other two employees had no interest in trying to help with my order . And I got food that was leftovers as in (the very last chicken left that barley made up my order that was over cooked because they should have at least let me know and drop new chicken but instead gave me the scraps as I would call it to try to throw my order together again with no commutation to not only myself but to each other as I'm watching this happen as I stated one employee still looking at her phone .. to also be handed my cups too my order that should have been made not by myself because again this is a online order that should have been ready .... Then I got question why should it be three cups when I had top point out and prove to them what they should see on their screen a combo comes with a drink and also two separate drinks .. as well as how many sauces I should get I was question why four sauces and has to point out on my online order from my phone to them comes with four . This was a terrible experience . And very rude
