Banana Republic has the worst customer service in the world. First off you are on hold for long periods of time. The CSR's need coachng on how to speak to customers. If you buy a product if its final sale your stuck with it if it doesn't fit right. I brought two sweaters and according to their size chart I got a large which didn't not fit right and they would not take it back, then I brought the same sweater in a different color and went down a size thinking that would foot and that one was too big. Spoke with several CSR's they were rude and 2 supervisors and they were rude too telling me the sweater was a final sale and I could not get my money back, so now I am stuck with 440.00 worth (2) sweaters and cannot get another size or my money back. I tried calling the corporate office and they gave me nothing but the run around telling that I had to call customer service back and they continue to run me around with the same crap sorry you can't get your money back. I will be contacting the BBB about them.
