Original Comment I think that with as much work that is expected of employees at DG, the pay should be higher. Also with that, then you would not have a high turn around of employess and they would be willing to stay. At least 13.00. I mean you guys honestly make plenty of money with a huge chain of DG all over the world. Think about your employee's more. And how you probably would not be understaffed so much. Just saying.
