Original Comment Your franchise in Urbana Illinois on University has rude and violent employees. I was there and was cussed at and threatened. The employee wanted me to move from the window so "the timer would not show how long he was taking" I could not move because there were three cars infront of me waiting for their food. I explained that to him and he got very agitated and told me I would have to wait until they closed before I would get my food. Meanwhile behind him other employees were commenting on how they should kick my ass. I backed up and drove off leaving my money and not receiving any food. These people need fired!
