Original Comment The Red Lobster manager in Gastonia on Hope Rd. Is rude. He was very rude and lacked customer service. When asking him simply if a party could sit in the same proximity, he rudely said no and that he could not accommodate a large crowd. I nicely said I am not asking you to do this, I just would not like to sit on opposite sides of the restaurant. He said no and I am not going to serve you. You can leave. I have spent my whole like coming to this red lobster and have never had a problem. This needs to be looked into. As a manger you should not talk to guest like that. I will not go again and I will be calling cooperate and escalating this matter.
