Original Comment I was at bojangles doing curbside pickup. First of all, I waited awhile for them to bring out my order and they never did, so I went in there to get my order. It was ready sitting there and no one was even going to bring it out. I ordered fries with my order and they were stale and overcooked. Fries gets stale when they sit there for a long time. Not happy with the service and my food. I might as well add to this about my other experience I had last week when I ordered a ham biscuit and it was not cooked. It turned my stomach from the smell of it and I threw it away. I don't understand why your employee's cannot get anything right. It didn't use to be like this. I'm not happening at all with bojangles.
