I attend a PF in West Monroe, LA. I used a private trainer because I needed help with confidence and consistency! PF has stopped the private trainers and the gym was a ghost town this morning! These private trainers are detrimental to a lot of older women's health because they teach us what we need to do, to get the results that we want! PS-it's hard to take instructions from employees who are not physically fit! I think you made a big mistake!?
