Original Comment The Goodwill opportunity center in Lexington KY is the worst place!! They can't understand tendinitis of the ear and have chosen to cause me to go ahead and turn in my badge and drop my membership to this back. Desiree and Lisa have both ignored the fact that I cannot hear very good and I'm trying to get into correct it they also do not want to understand the fact that if somebody can't make a class a certain day due to doctor's appointments then that's just that they'll have to catch up that day. Unfortunately discrimination is a felony offense for anybody in a non-profit corporation and they fail to see that. The corporate phone number only takes you to a recorded line it does not take you to anybody there is no option to get to anybody on the phone. All this being said corporate is a fraud if they can't take care of the situation and also the Goodwill opportunity center out here needs to be more understanding and quit discriminating upon medical issues.
