Original Comment Today my wife and I went to Popeye's on Bell Road in Surprise Az. It was 2 PM we tried to order 2 Classic Chicken Sandwiches. We were told they had no classic or spicy only blackened chicken available. It is hard to believe there weren't any other chicken sandwiches available at 2 in the afternoon. This isn't the first time we've been disappointed at this location.
