Original Comment I have been a AAA member for decades. We do not use the service very often, has been years. Needed to have my car battery jumped last evening about 8:00 PM. I was in Kerman, California and was told a tow truck would be sent from Lemoore, Ca. an hour away at best. I told them that Fresno, Ca. was only 20 minutes away with many tow truck operators in the Fresno area. Your customer service insisted that a Lemoore tow truck was only option. My conclusion was that AAA does not make it convenient to use a closer tow truck service so AAA members look to other options on their own, which I did. Not only was sending a Lemoore tow truck to help me stupid but very, very poor customer service. Do a better job of helping your membership.
