Original Comment Yrs ago I started buying 3 different types silver coins. They kept charging me but not sending most of the coins. I called they said they will keep charging me and when they get the coins they'll send them. They said they did not have the coins, I said stop charging me until you catch up om my items. I was owed 3 at that time. They kept charging me and by time they still owed me 7 coins I canceled my card so they would stop charging me. Then then sent me invoice saying I owe them. I called several times and wrote several times. They said they would fix it and send me the coins. Months later no coins and more invoices and then started texting me and called my boss. I'm sick of Bradford exchange. Worst company I've ever dealt with. They charged me for all these coins I never received, promise to fix it but never do then have the nerve to say I owe them.
