Original Comment I am a frequent customer of the Crestview, Florida location. I always get a loan for the same amount and for the same item. I have paid back over $10,000 in the last 3 years. The new Manager told me today that he would NOT honor the "history loan" (that I just paid back not even a month ago) after an employee dropped and almost ruined my items. He was very rude and I told him to give them back that I would no longer do business with them. I refuse to go back. The new management there has lost a good customer. Not only that, but as I was there, they left a new Palystation 5 out and it was stolen right out from under them. They were looking everywhere and the new Manager was saying how he needed to get the video up next. Seems to me like you guys may be losing more money than you want with him.
