I purchased a laptop from winter Haven FL cash America pawn. After about a week I was still not able to log into the computer. I took the computer back to the store and told them what happened and was told it was due to how it was setup and the young lady at the store helped to clear the problem and I was told to go home and complete my log in. I was still unable to log into this computer. Due to having so many other life issues I put the computer on the back burner to take care of the issue later. After around two weeks I received a call from Mary asking me to bring my laptop back in because my information was showing up on all the other computers in the store. I informed Mary that I was in a family crisis and will come in the following day which was a Sunday. I arrived at the store a few minutes before the store opened not realizing it hadn't opened and went back to sit in my car and noticed it was three minutes until 12:00pm. After about two minutes I walked back to the door to see is it was opened tapped on the window and held up the laptop to show them I was their to fix the issue and it wasn't as sales visit. The young lady Mary marched to the door and unlocked it stating the door do not open until it's unlocked and you can't snatch on the door. You are being rude and I know you're upset. Which it took me by surprise due to me not being upset at all. She proceeded to speak to me very rudely until I was very upset at that point and told her she should not be speaking to me that way as I am a customer and the store would not be in business if it was not for the customers. She told me it does not matter to her because it's not her company and it's just a job for her and she refuse to give me service. This is after I fell my information has been compromised thru this store. She stated she refused to do business with me or correct the computer and I can come back the next day and do business with someone else. This is unacceptable for her behavior, rudeness and I have spoken to other customers in the community that has had issues with her. she speaks to people as if to downgrade them. I feel she's racist and plan to take this further. It's a disgrace you have someone like that working for this company. I will not be doing any more business with them what so ever. Thank You
