Original Comment We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Watertown NY for a night with our daughter. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool as our 3 year old was so excited to swim. We checked in and went to dinner. When we came back we got our suites on and my husband went downstairs to see how crowded the pool was. It was posted on the door that the pool was closed. He went to the front desk and sure enough the pool was broken. It would have been nice to have been notified of this at check in. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Next time we will probably choose a different Hotel even though we have stayed at this one several times.
