I bought a side by side refrigerator and have owned it for 1yr and 4months this thing just died on us so I called the customer service line and they offered me 15 to 20 % off of a new one that's all they offered they did say I have a 5yr warranty on certain parts I am out of the 1yr guarantee so they won't honor replacement or cover charge of troubleshooting problems this is not quality nor is it fair I would love to speak with someone from corporate to discuss there product the poor customer service and give them a chance to make it right this is terrible we have a whirlpool factory near us and I try to keep my business local and use products of people serving our community I wish I had the money to throw all there stuff away but I don't I just expect better from a company such as whirlpool and it is very disappointing
