I am 64 and on Social security. I bought a Kenmore refrigerator in August 2021. It stopped cooling but the freezer was still working. Technician came today. Two fans are not working for the defrost. Therefore it is not blowing the cold air around. This was 99.00 service charge. To no avail, the parts could not be found to fix it. They searched everywhere. I am very disappointed that a refrigerator breaks down and it isn't even 3 years old. Was advised to buy a new refrigerator. What a sad thing. Out of almost 3,000 plus dollars. Why does this company not stand behind their products?<br /> Irritated as can be. Just a hunk of junk!
