Original Comment I purchased a living room sectional from your store in Sarasota on 11/4/22. It cost $4000.I have had nothing but trouble with it from the onset. I did not know that the cushions were stuffed with feathers. I was not told by the salesman and I did not ask. The cushions are lumpy and leave indentations whenever anyone sat on them. Since I know you make your own furniture I asked the manager if he could do something about this and he said no. Also the fabric pills constantly. I am an 80 year old widow living on social security and I bought at Ashley because I heard from others that your furniture is well made and will last. That is not my experience. This sectional is poorly made and the fabric is inferior. I recommend that you take it out of your inventory. As for me, I guess I have no choice but to live my last years with lousy piece of furniture.
