I placed a order at 410pm at popeyes and they told me 12 minutes for chicken. I have been waiting on 4 thighs and 3 chicken sandwiches large potatoe and small Coleslaw it is now 455pm still no chicken still nothing. I asked for a refund now they can't give me a refund.<br /> The lady at the front was very rude and said she don't know to say. This is Bloomington il location on empire
