Good morning! I'm reaching out to you after a 4 Hour wait for assistance from your company to replace a dead battery.<br /> <br /> The thing I came away with is your phone centers do not work for people in their 80's who most likely make up the bulk of your membership. I called numerous times only to be met with push this button and that button. When I finally reached a live person, I was told the previous request for assistance did not go through so as a result the total time waiting was 4 HOURS. I had no choice but to sit there and wait.<br /> <br /> West Hartford CT
