Original Comment I have been trying to reach this corporate office for days. Your number doesn't work. The recording saying to press two and then it keeps repeating it self and no one answers. It's absolutely obnoxious and ridiculous that this company cannot even get an initial recording correct. <br /> <br /> I had an issue with a $50 travel certificate that just expired. Didn't realize it expired as I was in the hospital. I asked if it could be extended and you regular customer care said they could not. They were rude! I let a message with investor relations as well. Nobody calls, nobody cares. Totally horrific.
