After writing a truthful review on pnc Bank on Broadway and montrose chicago 60640.. my account was overdrafts today by $49..that should have been impossible because I opted out of overdraft protection. I called customer service and was told it was a computer error and should be adjusted by 10 tonight. <br /> Not to mention my complaint was on a pnc employee due to unprofessionalism. The teller took my card and not sure if he shredded like he said. He cashed my check without a signature. He's now m.i.a
