Original Comment I just checked at Comfort inn in Elkridge Maryland for the second time within a month. My first visit was pleasant without incident. This time I was told that have to pay a deposit of $150. I was not charged previously . I was told that was the policy <br /> For about a year. I don't smoke and Im was not here to party. I seventy year old woman with mobility issues. I was told by the desk clerk that after the check out my room would be checked and refund wood be given. Is this a homeless hotel or someplace I should not be safe. I have traveled with your brand for years, but no more. I checked with other reservations;to see if this is their policy . Sleep inn said it is not . Doing this with customers has cheapen you brand. After staying twice I won't be back. Comfort inn was a main stray for me when I traveled, with my children, my grandchildren and me as a retiree. You have lost me and I believe your brand will suffer
