on 5/10/21 I bought coleman outfitter 400 utv at tractor supply in Troy mo. the next week the Ignition switch quit working Had it fixed at american iron in brighton ill claim #21-4054 thay told me I could pay american iron and the co would reimburse me the amount charged its been over two week i have e-mailed aurora @colepow.come about my claim no respond if on reply I know Coleman wants keep there good name be waiting for respond ty John e Barks
Purchased a Coleman dark room tent try to contact Corman about waterproofing hooked us up with a girl named Olga customer service number 26724625 she was absolutely no help knew nothing about tenants try to tell me I would have to call back again I am so disappointed in your product that I'm going to do terrible reviews
Coleman makes $$$ off of selling their name to GARBAGE PRODUCERS such as EASTMAN FOOTWEAR GROUP, but does NOT STAND BEHIND IT AT ALL!!!!
The boots that Coleman sells under the Coleman name using the Coleman Logo are made by Eastman Footwear Group. THEY ARE GARBAGE. Coleman refuses to stand behind them and says that I have to call Eastman. No matter how much I try to explain to the idiots at Coleman that I bought a COLEMAN PRODUCT BEARING THE COLEMAN NAME and LOGO and TRADEMARK all the Coleman reduced intelligence rep. had to say was too bad we don't make them.. EVERY CALL TO EASTMAN GOES TO RECORDING ASKING ME TO LEAVE A MESSAGE... They have NEVER returned a single call to me.. I left 2 messages per day for over 2 weeks and NO RETURN CALL!! The Boots are JUNK, Coleman is completely SPINELESS and EASTMAN MAKES TRASH and refuses to stand behind it. Eastman has the WORST customer Service I have ever heard of.. Coleman should NOT be allowed to do business in the USA!! They are as disgusting and SPINELESS as they come... NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A COLEMAN PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!
Bought a Coleman hitch for my ATV. The picture on the box shows it can be used as a rise or drop hitch. In reality it cannot be used as a drop hitch as it is shown on box. C/S told me if I pay to mail this heavy hitch back only then will they refund my money. Way to treat an American Veteran Coleman. I guess I fought for year to defend your right to falsely advertise your product and make money off the American people.
Bought an underwater camera about a year ago. Did not utilize it in the water until yesterday. My granddaughter wanted underwater pictures - it filled with water the first time it was used in the water. Enlightened to the fact that Coleman does not sell this item but sells is Name to this crap company. Have been a faithful buyer of coleman products for 52 years, never again.
I purchased a Coleman twin hi rise airbed, first time.I have 2 different pumps. I specifically looked to see if specific pump was needed...the outside of closed box states clearly" Don't forget your pump! What it should say is "Use Coleman pump only!!You only find that out after u open the box an no other pump fits! So now you can't return the bed at all. So upset I contacted Alex customer relations and the best he can do is sell me a pump for 23.00..i don't think this is fair, I am already out money for the bed, due to your big flaw in your packagingand labeling . All I am requesting is a complementary pump or coupon. You need to label your products correctly for consumers.
Bought pair of boots on black fri from k- marts, today is jan 16 , don't wear every day . The bottom of sole broke open, now I walk in snow my feet get wet. This would be the second pair that have done this. Thought when I bought them that Coleman was good, now have second thoughts. Anyone have similar problems. Please post !!! :( :(
