Made a complaint about racist incident (10/4) behavior at an Arizona store and have yet to hear back from either corporate or even the store in question as Corporate insists that I will be hearing back from someone. I've called for the 4-5th and final time today, rehashing the incident and was told that I would definitely get a call back within 24hrs. This is the 3rd time I've been told that I would receive a response, so with Thanksgiving being tomorrow of which I reminded the customer service person, that I would give them until Friday. If I do not hear back by noon on Friday I will be making contact with the Better Business Bureau, the NAACP Chapter and the local media. We will see what happens.

I had business card mess up n the your lady was rude n didn't listen when I try to explain how I got them before there n I got kick out of the store your welcome to call me . I will not do business there n tell everyone I know in construction n Fb not to either

Hello; I have been patronizing this store (#6567) in Porterville ,CA since it opened. The complaint I have is the store front, it's absolutely disgusting. There is an abundance of trash in front as well as gum and general filth covering the sidewalk in front. On a positive note I'm generally satisfied with the store personal. I think it's safe to say that the management team walks through the front door at least twice a day.

I went into the store at the Quarry to get my computer repaired . Isaac plugged it in and told me it was the mother board and it would be cheaper to buy a new one . I didn't want a new computer. I wanted this one fixed . Isaac didnt open it up to look inside of it . I told him I didnt want a new computer . He didnt they to fix it . He got mad at me and threatened me .He kicked me out of the store. I'm a senior citizen and handicapped and to be treated that way is a disgrace .

I want to tell you how pleased I was the service I received at the store in Sheboygan, WI #619. I believe the staff their and especially to Cameron, Jeremiah and Kim. They went all out in satisfying my needs. I believe kudos are in store for them. They made my experience in buying a desk & hutch a pleasure. I am sure I will return here for other items that I may need.

Ijust Purchase From Officemax Store Farmington Hils Mi On 12/04/13 At 11:15 Am A Hp 564xl Black Ink Cartrid And A Hp Ink 564xl Black Photo Cartrid And A Hp Ink564 Series 3-ink Pv And I Installed Them And The Printer Said That I Cant Use A Set Up Cartrid

So I Checked The Box It Came In And The Box Says 564xl But Instead The Cartrid. Says 564 Setup. I Went Back To The Store And They Told Me Impossibe They Said They Cannot Change It For Me .i Am Not Trying To Get Something For Free But They Made Me Feel Like I Was Lying .i Have Bought 4 Hp Printers From That Store Plus. I Guess I Will Have To Change Company Stores And Buy My Produces Else Ware

I had the most misleading sale representation and I am so unhappy with the Windows 8 that I purchased by the office maxemployees they ganged up on me three of them before i knew what was happening they had tricked me into a totally different laptop an HP when I wanted my Toshiba laptop replaced by another working Toshiba laptop. The customer servive was like buying a cay pushy I want to return my laptop and get the Toshiba I had wanted in the first place. How intimidating and pushey they were and I am left an unhappy customer still with the warranty up to date. Can I file a claim immediately with the President Ceo of officemax so they know what is going on so ohters don't get treated bad?

Your store in the Coon Rapids, Minnesota area has poor customer service.I went to the store to purchase printer ink and left after 15 minutes since it was clear they were not going to provide any assistance. My recommendation is that you close your standard stores and go to an online format. Your employees are affecting sales.The above incident occurred at 3:15pm on 02-16-2013.

The OfficeMax (340-778-6708) in the US Virgin Islands, St. Croix has been without a functional laminate machine for about 2 weeks now. As a customer this is way too long for the laminate machine to be down. I use the machine for my class. Please help.
