I've tried relentlessly to have incorrect negative feedback from my account. Buyer used to manipulate a sale. He also threatened negative feedback to me, both which are against a policy. Called customer service, they told me they can not remove because there is an open claim for the buyer to return the item and I can request removal after claim is closed. They ended up closing the claim that allowed the buyer to keep the merchandise and then told me they can not remove. Their suggestion is that I contact the buyer to have removed. This buyer lied and is a clear bully is their communication with me. So eBay wants me to have further communication with someone who is abusive. I called to get feedback removed, instead I got the buyer a refund and whom can keep the purchase. If feedback is against your own policy, why is it not being removed.

19.00. I contacted seller and eBay to no avail. Very disappointed with eBay. They closed case without resolution. Further no number to

I highly suggest for you to contact the seller again to work things out and return the item. But if contacting the seller doesn't work, you also have the option to contact Paypal to dispute the charge.

This is to anyone that cares.[nobody] I've "used" ebay because of thier money back guarantee policy, which found out it dosen't mean sh--! to ebay. I thought i could TRUST them and not worry about being RIP-OFF' but once again i was fooled. When you live on a fixed income every penny counts. I've been tring to get my money back since july, I did everything ebay told me to do 3 compaines later, and still no refund much less anybody that has any SINCE or C0MMAN COURTESY.They need some people persons[if you enjoy your job and are good at it, you know what people person means] working their, not just a bunch of dead beats that are their just for a check, and rehearsing their lines that they are reading from a piece of paper.I know that their is NOT 1 PERSON thats going to read this that gives a sh-t! exept the ones that are going though the same thing and I bet there are thousands. I am trying to get help regarding my selling on half.com and have discovered there is none!!!!!!! I called ebay customer service to see if they could help & their answer was simply - they cannot help with half (even though it is one of their sister companies) in any way other than by me sending an email!! I've also tried that - several times & never received a reply (in other words - they seem to have NO interest in helping sellers on their half.com site - even though it would, most likely, help us help them make more money!)
NOT GOOD from a stock holders point of view! NOT GOOD from a sellers point of view!!
AND because of that is, pretty much, like shooting themselves in the foot both earnings wise & bottom line!! ebay - how about getting half to help us sellers on half get the assistance we need to straighten out problems that really do effect our ebay selling accounts, abilities, dashboard, etc. You have neglected to address am important branch of your company and you NEED TO DO THAT ASAP!!!
THIS PROBLEM WILL NOW BE SPREAD ALL OVER THE INTERNET VIA VARIOUS SOCIAL MEDIA IN ORDER TO GET SOME ATTENTION & ACTION FROM YOU, since there seems to be no other way to do so!!!!!!!!

Regards to received incorrect damaged item and not received my item ,...

1. I have been very disappointed with the service provided by eBay.
2. I received a package with 2 different invoices - the item that I received was not mine (there were some essential oil inside the pack) - my blue wax was not there..(assuming it was missed package)
3. I called eBay and explained them the situation - ( as per ebay csr my money will be refunded in 10 days no matter what and THAT I SHOULD DISPOSE THE ITEM ) - after that the ebay csr spoke with me she transfer me to ebay.
4. I called back the next day speaking with ebay crs - she was very rude and did not really supported the call in proper manner. ( I was really fusterated being the point I did not get my item and I had to face this rudeness)
5. After couple days I get an email from PayPal asking to send the item back in order to get the refund - NOTE: the essential oil that I received were damaged + on the first original call I was never told to save the item.
6. I called again to ebay and spoke with csr and explained them the situation- they said I need to speak with PayPal - after speaking with PayPal person I was told the money will not be refunded being the point I had not saved the item.
7. I'm going in circle with pay pal and the only resolution I have been suggested is to dispute the credit card, my question is why do I have to go that far and go in circle again and again..
8. I HAVE MADE 35 CALLS FOR PAST 1 MONTH and no resolution..


Here is my concern -

1. I was never told to save the incorrect damaged products - so how am I expected to return the item.
2. I'm going in circle and no progress on refund or replacement of the item.


I like to some to please take ownership of this issue and resolve in better productive way.

At this point I don't have my product or replacement or refund.. NEVER EVER BUY FROM Ebay..

EBAY really stinks. How long does the list of un-addressed complaints have to be before you guys actually do something about lousy - lousiest - customer service? You encourage incompetence, absolute insolence and disrespect of the worst kind. I'll write a letter to Corp HQ about my experience, though I doubt you'll respond to that either.

it is a sad scenario so typical of corporate america when a company started in america and supported by americans can no longer answer inquiries concerning customer service. i have failed miserably to lodge a complaint. placed on hold while someone i cannot understand stated that they will explain my problem to a supervisor, who 6 minutes later comes on the phone and has me repeat everything and cannot understand english sufficiently to get the correct item number. after 16 minutes i hung up in frustration. do not bother with the corp. # as it is a recording. you must have a valid extension #. ebay/paypal are making bank, but cannot hire americans to handle american customers. prior to todays call i made roughly a dozen calls or "call me's" and never once talked to a u.s. representative. shame on you ebay. we, as americans launched your corporation, while you p--- in our face.

Now eBay is allowing comments (from novices no less) that are absolute nonsense. I take this personally. So much so, in fact, that I am contemplating filing a class action lawsuit against eBay just so they can have the delightful experience of getting a complaint that they will immediately respond to as nonsense. I don't pretend to know the ends and outs of their business so why should they allow neutral or negative comments that have nothing to do with a transaction that was entirely successful.

Horrible I filed a dispute on eBay. I won, shipping was suppose to be paid for either by seller or eBay. I had to pay for it to go back, even after seller agreed to pay return shipping through resolution center. He paid for original cost, then reneged on return shipping, ebay closed the case and said there is nothing we can do and yes you are right. Their response, we'll give you a gift card to use on eBay for future purchases. If you know I am right and agree then suspended their account until they pay. Why do u have a resolution center if you don't follow enforce your judgment. Stupid. So the answer to a dispute is cost your company more money by trying to give me a gift card instead of enforcing a "legally won dispute?" Boy I hate to be your accountant. I really hope eBay corporate reads this and emails me...Doubtful..

Ebay is a ripoff now. I have used them for years and they are the worst company in the world. I ordered two products, got one. Ebay told me to send the one I received back. Now I have nothing and an out $90.00. THanks Ebay for being such a horrible company.

i bought a straight talk huawei ascend smart vphone, i received it, and straight talk couldnt activate it so i contacted the seller he told me to send him the phone back and he would refund my money, well didnt get refund, so i opened a case on this seller and they sided with the the seller, so im out of my money and my phone, what freaking rip off.

ebay trust and safety are the worst.i was a new seller useing a home selling program.i listed my items then all of a sudden they restricted me from selling and removed my
listings my self and the program i'm using could not understand why. because we were buying through dals2 buy
i have sent them about 20 documents about where i'm buying from ,my personal information they wanted. this has been since november 26 2012 this is still not resovled.they are just a bunch of noncareing people. they customer service is the worst if i ran my business like this i would be out of business. the most important thing to is my customers.not ebay this is the reason why one day your going to hear ebay wnt out of bisiness. can not come soon enough for me

My husband has complained numerous times to ebay about an illegal listing selling bootlegged copies of our 2 DVD educational set called "The Dave Elman Induction". It is located in Israel, and we have been ignored. In addition, the seller has copied our website information on the product and my father-in-law, Dave Elman, plus has a picture of his son H Larry Elman and Don Patterson's interview, again, from or website and product.

Ebay has ignored several complaints from us and has taken no action on this.
