Original Comment It's a shame the company is so large it forgets what &quot;real&quot; customer service is. You are among the top on my list of BAD SERVICE overall.<br /> <br /> Your staff in unable to do as they say, and follow through. Each time &quot;we&quot; your customer gets a new car, you treat us like a stranger who never did business with you. This issue is &quot;BAD&quot; You are lucky you are big, if not, you would go under, maybe you should?<br /> <br /> BAD, BAD, BAD, SIRIUS FOR NOT CARING ABOUT GOOD SERVICE!!!
