Original Comment We just had a bad exxperience at North Vernon, Indiana Comfort Inn.<br /> 1. Rude management<br /> 2. Knocked on door when we had do not disturb sign on. Employee said the boss made them knock on doors after a certain time.<br /> 3. Not safe. Back door could be opened without a guest card. Anyone could walk in the motel. <br /> 4. Would not change our room even though we were with a block of rooms for a baseball tournament. My grandson was the only one who was not on the floor with the team. Management rude when I made a request .<br /> 5. Would not take my sons credit card number, even though he had called and saved the room under it. I had to use mine so he didn't get his Disney rewards. Management could have used my card for collateral. He was very rude about this.<br /> 6. charged us for a night we didn't stay. Only motel I have ever been at that did not allow you to cancel by a certain time.<br /> The only thing good was the breakfast and it was great. I will not go to a Comfort Inn again and I feel a few others won't either in our group.<br /> 6.
